Just take a look at his whole moveset, the only nerf I saw is the loss of the walk around stun of his 8K, no more safe(or semi-safe) 9P after that.

It wasn´t that difficult, it was just a little tricky, for example, a normal hit that stun(H+K for example) followed for P+K and then K while rising lead you onto the air throw. Only in three hits.

I think TN don´t know what balance means.
