Sorry Enforcer, I know that is a silly question but I didn't realize what wanted mean Mr. Wah with his answer about the tools files ("it's safe until they aren't on the FSD server"). This mean that I need to delete the direct download links from my post or not?

Seems unbelievable even to me but in the end I was able to use the DLC mod tools (so this is the demonstration that everyone can do it...)

It worked! I uninstalled and reinstalled again the game, more this time I deleted manually all the files still present in the folder (originated from SweetFX). Thanks so much for your help @Brute, the solution was so simple but I wasn't thinking to it at all =)
