The yellowness doesn't bother me much but it could have been better if all the blondies stick to one shade. I couldn't even classify Tina as a blonde anymore to be honest.

It's not that I find Ryu or any Japanese main protagonist in a karate gi + headband as bland or unappealing (because I DO find it appealing). I just think that they are way too traditional with the same stern and serious personality.

Personality-wise, I like Ken's cocky attitude. He's livelier than Ryu. But that goes for everybody else who's in a tournament. Surely there is a true outer motive that they want to achieve from it like to prove someone his/her worth or to avenge someone, etc. A character's plot centered only...

Looking for a fight doesn't seem to have much of an aim/goal/motive for an ideal story.

They definitely don't fit on the tournament story (since there are no more ninjas on the tournament), that's for sure. If they were in the "serious" side of the DOA story, they would probably be acting as back-up/reinforcements fending off Phase 4 clones (or Nyo-Tengu) as the main 4 ninjas...

How can they not when DOA and NG's universe are interconnected with each other? But on the literal sense, I don't know what roles are they going to undertake on the DOA's story. I just can't seem to see them doing anything other than being Ryu's assistants.

Got a haircut and I'm ready to start my job on the 16th. Packing can be done later on. All I need now is a place to stay.

That or any costume content for them. While I don't want anymore bosses, it gets more disheartening to still hope for one when people are also discussing the possible sex change of either Raidou or Genra. I'll be bitter like there is no tomorrow until I see news that will please me. :|
