The DLC is tied to your SD card. Just take the SD out of your regular 3DS, and into your new XL.

Well from what I'm seeing in DOA5, Kasumi pretty much is back to her DOA2/3 days, just with the perks of her DOA4 self. As for what I look for in a character, I like being fancy. I like looking flashy and flipping around, spinning, and overly dramatic attacks with a ridiculous startup...

Backlinking basically means tying unlocks in a game to their respective achievements. That way, no matter what type of savefile you have on your console, if your profile has that achievement for the unlockable content, it will be unlocked.
