Tekken and SF don't have balance issues because of patches, you're literally making things up, most of their patches are glitch fixes as well. Go play SFIV vanilla and AE2012 and tell me which one is the better balance wise.

Jann Lee is easily one of the best in the game, to achieve a solid balance you have to nerf top tier and buff bottom. I main Lisa as well. I like gimmick characters.
