Like I said, it's a generic trait among most of the fighters' win quotes except for a few characters who remains humble and doesn't ridicule opponents.

I don't think they are at the same level as Johnny Cage, I don't think it reflects much in either Hitomi or Leifang's win quotes. If anyone is as cocky as him, it's probably Jann Lee or Rig.

The guys in general got a lot of shirtless costumes by default to be honest (specifically Jann Lee) but if we are talking about the costume entries, Rig's been portrayed shirtless in a lot of them.
