Kokoro is in the same boat as Akira, sidesteps were one of her weakness and the buff they got crippled her imo. I don't think she qualifies as a top tier anymore.

Hard to say who the clear cut best character in the game is but I don't think the patch changes the true top 4. Sarah, Jann Lee, Leifang, Gen Fu. The 5th and below are debatable. But despite the nerfs to Jann and Lei I still think this is the top 4.

He's a monster. We agree on that much. In the right hands he's devastating and now he's even more so. But he's not top tier, I'm not going to budge on that, DOA mindset or not. (Don't exactly know what that mindset is here but this is DOA.)
