Practicality of a costume for fighting is almost always disregarded. It's not like TN needed 100 different variations of a karate gi and distribute it among the characters. How does a "paying homage" or "inspired from" entry becomes border copyright?

Characters who probably have like one entry gets automatically crowned as a winner entry lol (if TN will provide costumes for all characters which I do hope is the case for this contest).

I suppose that's one thing but it feels like a gamble between entries. Competitors are like waiting for the right time to strike. I feel slightly miffed myself by a certain entry under Helena's category due to the similarities it shares with my entry.

It's kinda weird that the competition gets fiercer for a character that we thought there wouldn't be many entries when someone posts something good. Take Brute's Bananakira for example. He was owning it then all of the sudden, some other guy pops up and submits a decently done entry of a Dynasty...
