No because the cheerleader for Hitomi (as the other DoA5 girls) was included in a DLC pack for Doa5. From the TGS videos I saw clearly as the cheerleader outfit in the demo was absent for the characters of Marie Rose and Nyotengu, and so very likely even for Phase 4, Momiji and Rachel.
