    I believe this is the 3rd thing now that "Breaks the Game". As for whether it is or isn't allowed is sort of irrelevant. They can't Enforce it so lets just hope its as inconsistent as Umholdables.

    Depends if they can get it to work consistently... And it only shaves 1 or 2 Frames off specific moves... That being said... its still game changer, all that is needed is to find the right move to abuse it with.
