That's because there are so few new things, the only true selling points of this version are the soft engine, the 31 costumes & the dozen of new hairstyles and the two new stages.

Mila (or a new character) should be able to ukemi and instantly attack after that.

Did this quickly, I think she looks okay. I mean, it's not REAL Kasumi, it's a clone, so they can try new stuff with her without spoiling Itagaki's daughter.

I'd be curious to see Phase 4 with the haircut which was designed in the original artwork. She would look so much different - and better imo - from True Kasumi.
