just like he/she did once or just enjoys seeing someone tackling an uphill battle but if someone says something bad about KH, especially KH2 (great ARPG, best in the series, they will be even more protective with it), then almost all hell breaks loose for most of the fans of the series.

They were angry about Max being angry at the fight but that's the main idea of Boss Rage, little to no preparation in order to challenge some of the hardest content available in most games, mainly fighting games, that he ends up defeating after many tries, for some viewers, this can be...

I do agree that most people gave KH an honest shot with the first game mainly because of the FF characters but now we're like 10 games in and most of the ppl that stuck with the series care a lot or even more for Sora, or Kairi, Riku etc. than many of the FF characters that make an appearance...

I think that there are many KH fans that are too invested into the series to just simply abandon it, to the point where they played every game on every console, even if FF characters wouldn't appear in it (might be wrong but iirc there were no FF characters in KH3 before Re:Mind dlc), no matter...

Oh boy, the KH community getting worked up about Max sucking at the lvl 1 Crit Sephiroth fight in KH2FM (for content, a.k.a Boss Rage) which doesn't surprise me, they really need to take a chill pill from time to time.

Many old games and even some of the newer games like Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, or most of the old Ratchet and Clank games or Mirror's Edge incorporate a lot glitches that save a lot of time in speedruns. There's no limit to how fast a speedrun can be since tech for certain segments or...

This is what I find very attracting in speedruns. Kingdom Hearts 2 for example has so many strategies for normal run fights and bosses and the data org bosses that it'd be very hard to keep up with the best of the best and it would take quite a lot of practice to be able to pull off decent runs.

Yeah, if BBCF would get rollback I'd be up on that more often. It won't be easy to top the last game in the series, let's hope that they don't want to add mechanics or take out some of the fun stuff like Overdrive in order to appeal to the new players, Blazblue's been a game that has seen its...

Blazblue had another great tournament and especially grand finals at Pinnacle. Ever since Chrono Phantasma had that amazing top 8 at EVO 2014, Blazblue games have very rarely disappointed me (mainly talking about gameplay, I have a few gripes with the story of the games), shame that it is held...

Apparently the PC version of Melty had quite a few problems/bugs at launch (unsurprisingly) but at the very least they fixed some of them very quickly. Hopefully most/all of the problems with the PC version are going to be fixed by January, I'd like to buy the game on Steam after 2021 ends but...

When I look at DOA6 as a "complete" package and also remember the things that happened to the game after its release, there were a good couple of decisions from (mostly) KT that make me shake my head to this day, if only they would've let TN to do their thing for 95% of the game's life cycle...

Imo, Atelier games aren't too bad, I do see some value in them, are they better than the Tales of games? No, its not even close really, but if you've got nothing else to play then picking some of the games up if you can find them for a few bucks or if there's a good/great sale on PSN/Steam for...

Iirc getting different endings in the older games depended on the amount of time (or "days") it took you to finish the game, some like that, others not so much, did offer replayability this way, if someone really likes how an Atelier game feels in terms of atmosphere, ost, character development...

Plenty of companies who made turn-based rpg's are doing ARPG's or open-world rpg's these days( like Tales, Final Fantasy etc.). Atelier games for a long, long time, which seems to have been changed with Ryza 2, had turn-based combat, ost is usually pretty good to really good, crafting plays a...

during a time where other gacha games offer much better anniversary rewards. The anniversary fanart and cosplay contest also has bad rewards, so, again, the outrage would be justified but many players have made negative reviews on other games unrelated to Genshin or even Mihoyo now. This is the...

The review bombs happened due to multiple reasons but the rather lackluster anniversary rewards were the last straw for many and in a way, I kinda have to agree with them, there isn't much endgame content to the game so most players found it hard to keep investing time and occasionally money...

That's how mobile games roll. To be fair, they have a pity system that's not actually bad and bigger patches give away enough premium currency (primogems) which will guarantee you a rare character or weapon so both Genshin and Honkai (another gacha game of Mihoyo) are games where going F2P...

Maybe later down the line they'll permanently add bleeding (continuous HP loss) like what Honkai has for Abyss and Dirac Sea that gets worse the more it takes you to complete that half, so a healer in a party is going to be necessary in order to be able to complete a floor without your...
