I don't know if this is also reffered to me, but I want say that even doing a second outfit in the end I passed the property to it (so eventual recognition and prizes) to the user that helped me to submit it. In the end I couldn't think to partecipate in the contest with a double chance to win...

They have already confirmed more times that the outfits of the previous contest will come as DLC soon (of course meaning DoA5U)

Usually an artist thanks his fans creating a work purposely for them: this is no different from who decided to create a fan art of the character wearing their own design, after the results of the first contest =)
