The dual katanas are a pile of turd compared to ng2 They barely do any damage and its Foward T was removed and the TTTT got changed to some crappy long string

Nope, only UN1,2,3,4 & 6 yes but 7-10 are impossible without sythe, maybe 8 but very very hard as the last round is 4 dokus and 2 genshins
