They do? In terms of the character models themselves, DOA5 graphics does it best. They don't make muscles overly clunky and they don't make everyone's skin tone too tanned (like Street Fighter nowadays) and their skin texture looks smoother and not shiny plastic-like (as oppose to Tekken)
