A throback outfit, an unmasked outfit, a Ninja from the future outfit or a Tuxedo outfit... there all nice choices of me, but personally I think that the most close to an Halloween one could be the Ninja from the future. It's also pretty possible that we will get a completely new outfit for Ryu.

The nice thing is that if it's really an halloween theme DLC, every character should take a new outfit just like happened with the Christmas Pack. Anyway, just like for the Christmas DLC, very likely the cast will be separated in two different packs released in the month of October.
