I guess it's what the story implies in DOAD and probably because Ayane has a tag throw with Kokoro. Hitomi and Ein already knew each other by DOA2-3 regardless that Ein's story was already done by 2.

I wouldn't mind if it was the one with Genfu standing up. Besides, it was chosen to be their tag opening in DOAD or maybe they could come up of an entirely new one.
