Oh yeah that.... I also struggled with that in KI.... so I decided to roll the motion (Half Circle Down) instead.... it helped alot. Unfortunately you can't really do that with Guile because of his Faultless Move. Apparently Capcom added it in exclusively just to make you screw up Charge Combos.

@Kensei_warlord I am positive.... ;) I can beat everybody within a 10 Kilometre Radius offline. :) @Toxic901 Some games require more lab work than others. In 2D Games, not only do I spend all my time in the lab, I also watch other people's lab work on YouTube. :)
