Not really. Its only important if you play rush down offense. Which I don't. And I will beat the crap out of anyone who tries to tell me I "have" to play a rush down Mila. This is the big plus to a well balanced character like her. You aren't limited to one playstyle.

You don't need a critical burst though. Just baiting a hold and grabbing is a lot easier and more efficient way to get around the same damage, rather than the huge hassle that comes with trying to set up a power launcher. That's what I mean by its redundant. All that work and situational...
