Personally I prefer the Japanese VA, anyway I dislike to lose the meaning of the sentence that the characters say during the fights, so occasionally I switch to the english ones.

Yep, it's really unexpected from me: I think that the Japanese are really choosing between the costumes (also if maybe thinking more to their favourite idols that seen them) rather than about the DoA characters in the teams, a good thing I think.

Many fans asked for putting in the game an option that give the possiblity to choose what characters leave with the Japanese VA and who with the English one. Would be a nice thing imo.

Personally I think that TN want give a tribute to VF porting the characters of the original game: for me just Lau, Wolf, Kagemaru and Jeffry (I exclude Dural), are the only ones that have a real possibility to be included in the game. But anyway I would prefer much more to see Raidou, Tengu...

On the opposite after all this effort, for me to play with such characters appear still more rewarding: to unlock Ayane in DoA1 for PSX is almost worse than Tengu in DoA4 (almost because there aren't Alpha152 to beat XD)
