Well, honestly my fear was to not see this content also on the console versions (in particular the XBOX), so I'm glad of their presence with no importance about the time (anyway I have to say that after the fate of NG3:RE and the recent declarations of TN, I was really sure of their coming).

If there will be an updated version of Doa5, I don't think that will be for a next-gen console. The next Doa title for the next gen will be improved in the graphics and the engine according to the new consoles, like tradition of Team Ninja. A similar effort to improve an already existing game...

Don't seems me a bad idea. Anyway I have to say that the current system seems to me rewards the skill in the stagger escape process, in some way compensating their effectiveness system.

What is the difference between exotic art direction (Doa3) and anime art direction (Doa4)? I don't understand, the character design seems almost identical (differences just in the saturization maybe).

This is thought to be a spin-off of the series, not just because you play in the NG world with a chracter that is not Ryu, but overall for the mechanics of the gameplay. I expected to see big differences from the NG trilogy, and I'm really curious to see the final outcome.

Great roster synce, the only prolem is that I find hardly the inclusion of the "phase 4 prototype" clone (end boss of DOA5), because in the end is 5 characters in 1 (Alpha152, Kasumi, Hayate, Ayane, Ryu): maybe the only possibility would be give the possibility to use it with a limited roster...

I'm not a great NG player so it's better that you wait for the answers of more expert players, but I can say that surely the first basic rule to keep in mind is "the defence". You can't go too much forward if you don't think first of all to keep your guard on and dodge the adversaries to take...
