A Kasumi clone, who wants to avoid killing/attacking people, but doesn't have an option. She is basically Kasumi, but much more offense and damage oriented. Teleports have to be on point, or you're missing out on the maximum damage that you can do with her.

Sort of, I play both and it can help if I think of Hitomi as a more pressure oriented, but attack-wise shorter attack range (like say 46P) version of Ein.
