It's drawn very well. Can't say I'm a big fan of the design itself, though. I'd like Tengu to look more chaotic and evil rather than refined and regal. But I guess that's just personal preference.

Well, they said the deadline is the 6th, so typically you're supposed to turn something in or finish it before the deadline. So rather than risk a technicality, I'd submit whatever you've got on the 5th.
