Depends on what you mean by "Restricted"
Fully Restricted ? Ofcourse Not.
Partially Restricted ? Oh Yes.
And you can take the easy way out of things because that's how life Works..... you obviously can't do it all the time but sometimes you just get off scott free.

I agree with everything else but Oppinions can be wrong or right...... they just usually aren't you seen that way because they usually come up during scenarios where Wrong or Right simply doesn't apply.

The mistake people make with Combo Challenges is people treat them like Tutorials. And they do make great Tutorials until you get closer to the Bottom. The developers deliberately link impractical moves together just to see if you can do...
One Time a had an old Joypad and the entire D-Pad Fell Off.... using a Nail and Hammer my brother gently nailed the D-Pad back to the controller.... I swear it felt more responsive than ever !!!
LoL.... I had that problem on a PS3 Controller once.... I removed the whole button and replaced with a Folded up Piece of Cardboard....
It worked so well I Could barely tell the difference.
Don't Worry Sweetness... my PSU is coming next month. Ofcourse there's also the issue of Long Distance Online Play but we'l cross that Bridge when we come to it. ;)

Remember when she was first revealed, Everybody thought she was Overpowered because of how fast she was. LoL.... alot changed so quickly.
There's also the issue of Wear and Tear.... even if you could do the moves better on pad.... the generic pad that your consoles comes with might not be able to handle the strain of all those KBD's and EWGF's.
Some people just get a stick because the thing won't fall apart after two matches and...
I'm not talking about Winning Tournaments.
I'm talking about getting one damn move to come out Consistently.
I personally also like playing Pad but there are some moves I can do faster and more consistently on Keyboard (never owned an arcade stick). The infamous Shoryuken is a good example...
