Sadly, at present, there isn't any working DOA3 XPR/CAT script. This is because DOA3 XPRs have a different version than their DOAX/DOA2U counter-parts. There isn't much documentation available for each file's structures and what exactly is different from the DOA2U upgrades.

I'm unsure what `the usual criteria` you're referring to is, sorry. But in order to unlock Hitomi I believe you have to have a DOA3 or DOAX save. Be sure that your regions match as well as different regions of DOA3 have different saves. Then, once those saves exist, beating Ein's story mode on...
