    60 is the limit. After that, all character related unlocks should have been done. Unlocks include trivia, music, and titles.

    PPP and 3P is good because it's a lift stun, and if you cancel into 6T then she's +1 if they don't hold, more + if they hold low.

    Every patch needs to go through Sony Certification. On the average it can take a week for that to happen, given KTs portfolio. But if they havent earned that level yet then it would be an average of 2-4 weeks.
