I have to agree but also disagree. For DOA standards, it got worse. I’d rather have 4 costumes that are different, than 2 costumes with 3 recolours. But for FG standards it’s definitely more than what others are providing.
DOA5 might’ve had a lack of costumes, but at least the costumes the game did have were different from each other. DOA6 only had 2-5 costumes in a different colour and the rest was DLC. Some of which were also recolours of costumes that already were in game.
DOA6 isn’t that bad, but it’s also not good. 6 vanilla is definitely better than 5 vanilla. Whereas DOA5 was broken at times, DOA6 vanilla is just too easy and rewarding for new players.
Well back then I went by Dark Truth, which was a name invented by Mr Darkslay. After that I went by that for a few years until my PSN account got banned. Then I had to create a new account and went by Onryoh, I liked it at first but wanted to change it. So after a while Nioh was released and I...
Why are the people that constantly spam the status bar since 2019/2020, also the most annoying peasants on this forum? My god. Can these few individuals just shut the fuck up and act like it’s 2017 and log out/disappear again? God damn.
And what are you doing? @WAZAAAAA
He’s not even whining or complaining about something. He’s just pointing something out. Maybe you should buy yourself some reading glasses, so you can reread and understand what he’s saying.
The only characters after DOA4 that got some depth to them are Nyo, Nico and Rig. The rest that has been added are extremely stale. I know people don’t like NiCO but she’s at least in terms of personality interesting.
I think Kasumi would fit in that storyline he envisioned just right. Kasumi is boring because the current writers don’t know how to develop the stories from the characters. They’re just too busy with trying to sell costumes, than to make the characters actually likeable. It’s no coincidence that...
Kasumi is just a victim of bad story writing. It was a great story as her beginning. But since Itagaki left along with his team, her story never was able to develop properly. Itagaki stated somewhere that for DOA5 he would turn the DOA series into something more dark. He would focus more on...
