Yes. You just have to convert your file in .ogg and replace the menu's song with it.

I replace song 17 which is Lisa's because i don't like it. Since Akira doesn't have a theme song, i went in the game's options. Select music, Akira and choose the song you've replaced. I put Lisa's to Akira and it works.
