The only time I'll be using a HK PSN for DLC is when they reveal Naotora as the first DLC character that gets added to Xtreme 3.

Does that still work? @lotr9690 was telling us that games with a rating of Cero D or higher (used to be only Z) require a Japanese credit card to verify age and you can't just use PSN yen cards. I guess for a free game it could be a loop hole though. Lol

Likely because Xtreme 3 coming out 3/24. They'd want the yen to go into that game as that is likely where the majority of future DLC will be.

I can't imagine any better tag partner for her other than Nyotengu. Nyo was the only DOA character actually alive during Naotora's era. Also the Japanese seem to like pairing the seductive with the innocent ones. Lol Their team name could be T.A.G. (Tall Asian Girls). XD

Her personality sucks but I like her moveset. It's something different for once in this game which unfortunately can't be said most of the time with these DLC characters.
