Maybe the DOA tournament can actually be run as a real tournament with brackets. So just throw all the characters into a bracket slot and just say that they are just there to fight. I don't need anymore justification than that. They can do what they want with the whole clone vs ninja problem...

Interesting new characters is all I want. Even if they are modified clones. I personally don't have a preference to what the new character genders are. I'm looking forward to Phase 4. Really liking the flashy teleporting.
