Also, are those belts hanging off her arm and back? The boots aren't too bad except that I'm not feeling the strap over the front part, looks like the strap you would find on some bicycle pedal designs or on a horse saddle. I'm not shoe expert but the the cutout out of the front of the sole...

Might just be me, but for once I think the arm accessories don't really fit her that well. I like everything else though except for the hair and war paint

She's a better character than Marie Rose imo. I don't believe how any of the cast is even phased by some of her attacks in this game and those taunts though... going to be Marie overflow for a good month or so

I think the skirt is there to protect them while wearing their gear. If I remember correctly it covers the back and sides. The back for their grapple winder and sides for their swords and hook shooter I forget. Prob to protect them from getting burned is my best guess. It is a grapple and reel...
