    To start off with, a +46 bounce refers to the situation in which Pai gets a higher bounce from her :4::6::h+k: bounce, coincidentally totalling +46 frame advantage when tested on the computer as opposed to the usual +44. 2 frames may not seem like much, but it can equal a noticeable difference...

    Lol, I always forget to test out the other speeds. Usually I just set them to fastest and see what works xD I knew about the high punch one (not the kick one) for a while, but I just figured it was SE at all speeds, which was my mistake =P I like the high kick one, but it's very finicky...

    The only issue with the high punch hold one is that they can SE outside of the range of 33P+K. I mean, it works on people who don't know how to do it, but otherwise it'll whiff, which sadly is usually the case since most players know to jiggle the stick, even if they're not good at it.
