I am sure Alpha won't be in DOAX3, but I am sure Phase 4 will be in DOAX3. And I disagree with the people saying Phase 4 is less unique from Kasumi costume wise. Kasumi usually wears more femine clothing with bright colors while Phase 4 dresses more darker both style and color wise.
