If you plan on buying a PC anyway there's no point in buying an XBOX as there won't be any XBOX exclusive games; you'll be able to play all XBOX games on PC as well, getting an XBOX would be redundant.

Well, you can stream directly from console but the quality is bad. If you want the stream to look good you need a capture card, something from Elgato or Avermedia, and a PC for encoding.
