He was the best character in DOA2U. He's been arguably the worst character in every other game he's been in though. But I don't see him getting banned should he return. I expect that he'd just be a massively buffed version of his DOAD counterpart.

When it comes to his lows, I just want his 2P to be faster. Having your fastest low at i16 is pretty shitty.
