Projectile is ass and it's viability is situational. Not an excuse for poor movement. Rachel is a heavy and moves as fast as a midweight. Can't speak for Tamaki, but the character sealed her fate on 6 so she should just remain there and make room for cool characters in the future.

But remember, that even if they did change their minds, who's to say they won't try to actually do it again year(s) from now lol.
