Even without an i10 jab, I think Helena is okay. But Rachel is Super Heavy (even though Helena is a cruiser :helena:). She doesn't deserve either of those. IMO is should be at least an i12 jab and i14 mid given the crazy mixups and FT she gets from a blocked jab (PPT).

It's because FTs have been nerfed for everyone but Rachel. And when you add that most of her attacks leave her at an advantage, while characters like Hayate are dying of disadvantage. She has what we want everyone to have, but no one else has it except her.
