They won't. They clearly state in their rules that once you entered your design you forfeit all rights to it and give TN the permission to do whatever they please. It is a little odd but at least it's for a male character. I find it rather plain but sometimes people like more simple designs.

Yeah and that tends to be the case unfortunately. :/ More girly+sexy+skimpy = more popular. I honestly didn't know which Mila entry would be the most popular and even now there isn't one that stands out like it will be the definite chosen one for Mila (if we're going solely off votes).
