You can just jump into to training to find out. Here's what I got:
High Punch/Kick: 54 on Normal, 67 on Counter, 81 on Hi Counter
Mid Punch/Kick: 35 on Normal, 43 on Counter, 52 on Hi Counter
Mid Kick next to Wall: 45 on Normal, 55 on Counter, 67 on Hi Counter
Low Punch: 25 on Normal, 30 on...
