I really like Hayabusa's, not gonna lie. Sure it was lazy and they likely just ported the weapon models from razor's edge but it looks awesome.

Hmmm I think it was just edited to look longer in the screenshot. In the Raidou trailer and preorder outfit trailer Phase's hair is the exact same length as 5U and I don't think they'd make Kasumi's longer and leave Phase's as it is.

I don't think they lifted the bans fully, I think they went around the filter with hacking. If you look at the people in the list a lot are exact duplicates and some don't even have eyes or mouths and one had eyes and a mouth but her head was invisible.
