^That was definitely more comprehensive than I would have gone. Anyway, SFIII was rife with glitches as well, but I'm not sure if you'd count that as last generation considering the arcade release was...well a long time ago.
To be fair, I have no idea who that person is or what they've done beyond posting some things on Facebook. I thought we were referring to a situation where a highly visible member of the DoA community would be brought on, similar to Seth or Rich.
SFxT is hardly the buggiest fighter ever. I actually enjoy the core game and think it's a really solid fighter. The only problem is Capcom's stubborn persistence with gems and the negativity brought about by the disc-locked characters. It's mostly perception and bandwaggoning that's dogging...
360. I'll only buy the PS3 version if they pull a fast one and do console exclusive stuff that I care about. Since it's not likely they will, I probably will only have the 360 version.
I've decided that the only thing I really want beyond the normal shit is Ein to be unlockable. I don't care if he's exactly as he was in 4 (just give him his Neo outfit from 3) but put him in goddamnit.
My setup can record Xbox Live voice chat as well as my own simultaneously, but that's not for live streaming purposes. I record my voice in Audacity and then sync it up with my video after the fact. No clue how the major streaming outfits do it and keep the audio synced with the game and such...
Could go either way at this point but to me that sounds like a non-answer. We know there will be paid DLC but the only thing they've said is that we won't have to pay for characters. Publisher could step in and change all that, though.
Given the amount of people that speak Spanish here (though it's a toss-up concerning dialect), I say throw your posts up in whatever language gets your point across clearly.
I find it interesting that the actual quote from TN is "We have no plans to sell characters as downloadable content" and not that they will not release them at all. Either things are being misinterpreted or part of the interview didn't make it to the article. Sounds to me like they simply don't...
I'm entering SCV, SFxT, and UMvC3. Judging too, but hopefully I have some downtime.
@Emperor_Cow: No modders around here locally, so I go with the eightarc Fusion to avoid tracking down a dual mod. I happen to love the sticks so it's all good to me.
Hah, arcade sticks are a very expensive item to collect and use. Your customs look absolutely sick and if I wasn't so used to having a dual-mod that I don't have to spend a ton of extra money for then I'd be in even worse shape than I am. In total I've had my two eightarc Fusions (both Ebony), a...
Thanks. I like the other art a little better even so that one should look pretty awesome whenever I get around to finishing it up.
Anyway, you just need to force yourself to use it for a while and you learn as you go. After you get passed the learning phase you'll typically find your execution...
The important thing to remember is that they haven't buckled down to balance the game yet, or rather they hadn't as of that build. I wouldn't read too much into it. As for the later tournaments, I doubt it. They won't use up more dev time for later builds unless they tie it to publicly unveiling...
