Sorry to hear about that. Life can be rough and it can stay that way for such a long time that even trying to be somewhat positive about things happening around us can be quite challenging. We can only move forward to see what life has in its store and believe that things get better with time.

There were a couple of fighting games that had a cartoon or anime (film) made of them iirc, like Tekken and Street Fighter, Blazblue (has a couple of episodes but the quality is pretty bad), tbh, anime fighters could get great anime adaptations if executed properly.

Seems that, compared to Smash Ultimate, the good boys and girls weren't the target audience/playerbase of the game developer.

For me it has to be: 1) TMNT in Injustice 2 (even though I didn't play and I probably won't play the game, the trailer was quite surprising) 2) Mai Shiranui in DOA5 and 6 3) Akuma in Tekken 7, in which for some reason Bamco/Harada decided to make him a story relevant guest character
