The only reboot I would like for the series is a "soft reboot" where the game is still set in the same universe by cut out every guy except Eliot and make him the protagonist and have the girls (even the guests) all fighting for him in a sort of harem dating sim.
Then add some yuri elements...
For DOA6U:
Hair colour change option for all characters and hairstyles for FREE
Remove premium tickets
More accessory options besides glasses like hats (treated separately from hairstyles), bracelets/wristwatches and footwear
DOA5LR style costume destruction
DOA2U style collectible items

Somewhat related to Senran Kagura (watch till the very end):
Look closely and it seems like the guns they use are the water guns from PBS. Between that and the different SK girls showing up, its likely that this is set in the same universe.
Micro$oft buying TN and DOA/NG would be an interesting buy since I don't think they have yet to assimilate acquire a Japanese developer in their recent buying spree to help with raising interest for the Asian market but if they do go ahead with acquiring the WB games studios, that would be VERY...
My PS4 installed an update for 6. Felt totally random; they say no more updates then release one several months later. The fact that it was apparently just for a costume bug fix for one pack implies that they are aware of things that still need fixing and they might actually WANT to work on the...
They replaced Rachel's lab teacher outfit with a copy-paste of Tina's, likely with the ugly high-heels :(. At least she got to keep her black dress for the other pack and Christie got to keep her gym coach outfit even with the glasses removed.
Are the glasses in the high society pack already in...
So the schoolgirls pack is going to be a combination of distinct stuff for some girls and copy-paste/generic crap for others.
Kokoro's schoolgirl is the same one she got last time, they even promoted it with the same pose as now:
Its bad enough that these will be the last DLC for 6 but it looks like the schoolgirls pack lost some details; Christie isnt wearing the glasses from the DOA 5 version and they gave Marie the more generic schoolgirl outfit rather than her more distinct version. I almost want to get Rachel's but...
I keep thinking the same thing; with all the negativity from the hair scandal and focusing on Nioh 2, they likely decided to set DOA aside until things calm down. The suddeness of the announcement makes it seem like they just decided to drop the game but things could still change.
You can spend one ticket per hairstyle and can the change that style's colour all you want for free but any costume that uses that style will keep the current colour until you change it.
This is exactly the same thing that happened when they said they would stop releasing DLC for Last Round: people immediately assumed the series was dead and were proven wrong several months later.
They are clearly setting aside the game for now given their obvious focus on Nioh 2 as well all...
I'm guessing that they had plans for more DLC but the recent bad coverage and feedback from the hair scandal made them reconsider. It's likely they have some more costumes and maybe another character planned but decided to save them for a rerelease which I am sure is still planned but not for a...
