You are still playing a dumb 50/50 because the problem still exist. Holding in stun only needs to be done once to piss someone off. You still have a high percentage to get held because someone has the option to do so, in a situation where they shouldn't. Your scenario does no justice either...

Once you hold out of stun you are no longer in stun. This is not a comprise because the problem still exist.
