Ok according to Ad-vice from Gamefaqs, the ribbon set is called "For You" It is still unknown if the SK costumes will be in the Owner Shop or PSN. More details later

It's really shady that dlc would end right after VR releases though. They could've gone another 6 months. But they just slapped their fans in the face. Even the Japanese fans are pissed. Hayashi already confirmed that a ultimate edition wouldn't come out a year ago. Forgot what magazine it was.

Since dlc is ending next month, this thread won't last so the LR dlc thread will be king. Wouldn't be surprised if that closes down after Season pass 6. like belts said, the free dlc was probably the main reason why they are ending dlc or people used a software to grind the game for them...
