You can see/fight other online players that have them. TN will have to patch it. When 5U came out, Catalogue 00 did the same thing, then they patched it later to where catalog users could see them on their character select screen w/o having to buy them.

If you only got the catalog, you can only see them if other online players use them. There basically hidden on the character select screen, you cannot preview them.

Are you able to swap costumes with any character? Example: Sarah wearing Tina's Legend swimsuit?

Yes i know. I meant Sarah and Pai weren't in Preorder sets in US or EU. JP CE was the only way of getting them early.

You forgot Sarah and Pai as they weren't part of preorder packs. They will be available as singles at least on XB1. Also these costumes were on the store since day 1, just not buyable. @Kronin Looks like the email I got was right about these costumes being released in April.

I guess (some of) the preorder costumes come out on the 21st like some said. Then the May set. Question, what makes you think we will get another swimsuit set in May/June? Sure they sell but the preorder set are swimsuits.
