I think there is no reason to check the arcade version or Japanese sales for it: maybe in the East the request for male outfits or not sexy ones is lesser, but without doubt the sexy ones for the females sell well in the West. Otherwise be sure that KT would have changed the DLC policy...

At the most they associated Marie Rose to the Valentine's day last year, but I believe more for promoting the character to the Western fans pre-release on console.

Helena and Marie Rose tag team was shown more times in the various streamings. I wasn't able to see their outro and tag throws (however people on FSD will be able to give infos to you about them), but I can confirm you that what we saw in the trailer is their intro, as easily predictable.
