Rachel shares similar moves to Spartan yes, but she also has her own original moves. Many of them are based off of her moves from Ninja Gaiden.

Yes she is similar, her moveset was made to bring Spartan back in a way, but her holds/throws and some of her hits are very original. When did Spartan ever get a crotch stomp?
