Compared to Tekken 7, Tekken 8's cinematic story mode is filled with "Shimbori-isms" seen in DOA5, and it shows. It's gonna be fun picking apart every shot for comparison.

If this is about the "Don't Ask Me for Shit" mantra, the meme was taken out of context, and Harada rolled with it to out-troll the actual trolls who wanted to get a response out of him. Even with my personal bias against Tekken, I'm willing to admit that Harada's definitely no Hideki Kamiya.

If this were any other fighting game (especially Virtua Fighter), I'd want him to succeed... unfortunately, not even Shimbori's involvement will ever make me want to play Tekken. But hey, I'm just your average curmudgeon. Who am I to judge?

After the latest news regarding Tekken 8, I should stay away from the social apps for a while for my own sanity. The best way to contact me for now is via email or Steam for those who have it. I also have Discord, but fair warning, I rarely use it.
