Overthinking a matchup and focusing too much on theory fighter can make it seem that way. This is when you should focus on what the player likes to do, not what the character should be doing optimally.

I wouldn't mind Itagaki coming back to DOA, just as long as it's as a marketing and/or story consultant. But that's it. After his response to the X05 build of DOA4, I don't think he should get too strongly involved with gameplay.
